Lubrication for Intercourse with Kathy Kates, FNP/PHS

At Hope After Breast Cancer, we have partnered with professionals in many disciplines to find answers that will help our women heal their unseen wounds.

One of the most often discussed topics in our private Sex After Breast Cancer support group is painful intercourse. Our women usually aren't educated that this issue may arise, and it's not a very welcome "surprise" in their intimate relationships.

Kathy Kates is a pelvic floor therapist that sees patients every day. She helps them with issues including painful intercourse, vaginismus, endometriosis, and other pelvic floor concerns.

We are grateful that Kathy shared her current list of recommended vaginal moisturizers, lubricants for intercourse, and condoms that support vaginal health. You can download it here

We hope you find this information valuable!
