A Spiritual Look at Breast Cancer with Cinthia Hiett

I recently asked my long-time professional counselor/life coach, Cinthia Hiett, if we could record our session and discuss why the enemy of our souls attempts to destroy women through breast cancer.

If you're a woman of faith, I think you'll enjoy our discussion and Cinthia's perspective about body image, why you need to have compassion for your body, why your body didn't "betray" you, and how God works all things together for good.

Cancer is certainly not easy. I went through counseling during all the years of my treatment and continue to make appointments as needed. I could never have returned to "normal" life as quickly as I did without the wise counsel Cinthia gave me. I strongly encourage you to consider seeing your own personal "rent-a-friend" who can give you objective counsel about emotional and mental issues that surface because of a breast cancer diagnosis.
