For Such A Time As This: "When people think they're their own god, it's arrogance"

The world HAS gone mad, hasn't it? It almost seems upside down in so many ways. What we believed to be true now isn't? And what we never imagined to be true is? What is happening? 

As Christians, our foundation is Jesus. But for many believers, our foundation might feel a bit wobbly these days. 

Have you ever stopped to think about why you are here, where you are, right now? God did not make a mistake in having you live on this planet "for such a time as this." He wanted you HERE. For His purposes. Acts 17:26 says, "From one man he made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands." Friend, God deliberately placed you right here, right now, for His purposes.

God planted an idea in my heart to encourage and equip my believing friends with biblical hope in this "world gone mad." So I asked my friend and life coach Cinthia Hiett to sit down for some timely conversation about our crazy world today, We're calling this a "limited series" of podcasts, but the truth is that we will go where God leads. We're all on this adventure together!

Our conversations will be wide ranging. From attacks on identity to cancel culture, from "porn literacy" in schools to the destruction of the family, we'll be tackling the tough topics and looking at them through a biblical lens. Our prayer is that you will be strengthened and empowered to do all that God has for you.

In this crazy world, those who don't know Christ are looking for a lifeline, friend. Their lifeline may be YOU. We pray our discussions will empower and equip you to reflect Jesus to the world.
