Introducing THRIVER NATION "Sneak Peeks"

Every week, inside our THRIVER NATION membership, one of Hope After Breast Cancer's generous Contributing Experts spends an hour with our women, discussing their particular specialty and taking questions. Contributing Experts are in fields like gynecology, nutrition, sleep education, counseling, sexuality, exercise physiology, life coaching, pelvic floor therapy, acupuncture, integrative medicine, and so many more.

We want to share some of the amazing and fun nuggets that happen in those THRIVER NATION virtual meetups. You'll be able to see them intermittently in our Hope After Breast Cancer and Sex After Breast Cancer private Facebook groups, as well as on my personal Facebook page and on the Hope After Breast Cancer pages on other social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, GETTR, Parler, Gab, TRUTH Social).

As we all know, a breast cancer diagnosis is served with extra side dishes of grief and loss. I've attached a Sneak Peek from the beautiful Mary Jo Rennert. Mary Jo is a Registered Nurse, Grief Recovery Specialist, and Certified Professional Coach, as well as a Contributing Expert for Hope After Breast Cancer. She believes it's never too late to find joy, purpose, and fulfillment, even after life-shattering loss.
